    Hurray! the mock exams are over! i survived them! we had a maths mock yesterday and surprisingly i could do 98% of the questions! i never felt that my a maths was so good for a very very long time! the last time i had this feeling was last yr mid yr. after that my a maths results kept slipping. =(
    but the thing is now i feel im improving! well at least when there's no relative velocity!

    hmmm what happened in the past week? nothing much actually. everything just zoomed past! it was so quick! and in 6 days my prelims start! uh oh! i really really need an A1 for EL and humanities then i can gaurrantee an L1R5 of 6 pts! those 2 are my only obstacles! im coping well with the rest of the subj except for physics. i just hate that subj. so i will no longer aim for at least a 90% ! if i can get abt 80-85 i will be so so glad! i hate physics!

    enough abt my subjs otherwise i will be boring u all out. nothing's on the list for weekend except for studying. sigh. the sec 2s get to enjoy their weekend in malaysia (or was it malacca?) while we the poor sec 4s have to mug through the weekend. isnt that pathetic??!

    now now stop asking me why didnt i join the dance for teachers' day. coz i dun like hip hop dance. tasya loves it but i dun. in fact i kinda hate hip hop dance! i only love ballroom dancing! and the actions are so so funny i wun be able to stop laughing so i will make a fool out of myself on stage! anyway all the best to the dancers! jia you!

    lim hong geok is soo soo sweet! she gave us ea an ai xing bian dang! and it consisted of 1 mini tuna sandwich, 1 mini egg sandwich, 1 mini chicken pie (which was rather cold inside and with the disgusting peas!), 1 peach tart and 1 banana cake with walnuts! yummy! the peach tart looked nicer than it tastes coz the crust was too soft. never judge a tart by its appearance ya? haha. i love lim hong geok! ling lao shi wo ai ni!

    i played majong for 4 straight hrs! frm 10 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon! but i lost more than i won. its okay. not that i really care. anyway it wasnt real money. and when i go bankrupt i shall jus ask them to redistribute the chips! yup!

    so 4 hrs were wasted on playtime rather than studying! i wanted to watch tv tonight only to realise that coz of that stupid national day rally, my show was cancelled! sickening!

    my grandma's bdae is coming up! and i really hope that she will have a smashing one! afterall she's so old already and theres not many more she can have. *sob* the only close kin i lost was my grand aunty. my dad didnt allow us to attend the funeral. he said becoz we had sch. but i think it is becoz he wanted to protect us. even though i din go i still shed a lot of tears at home. and she wasnt that close to me either. but im very emotional so its understandable. then again, i dun think i will pull through if any of my love ones pass away. i know that sheng lao bing si nai ren zhi chang qing but i cant let go. i just cant.

    Okay. chem prac wasnt as bad as i expected. but then again 3 whole hrs on your feet running around heating, mixing, titrating isnt fun too! and the solutions were like so far frm my seat? i also spilled sodium hydroxide on my bag. drats. i was like oh no, whats that solution? is it acid?

    im dead beat. yawns. my whole sat morning's gone. we went to pizza hut yesterday evening. i ate 1 small slice, 1 medium slice so that equals to 1 big slice. how many calories did i take in? yun wei said lots. and si min was trying to stuff me with hello panda this morning. can u imagine eating chocolate early in the morning? and with your acid stained hands?

    I am so so twisted thanks to Gone For Good! I jus love that book! when u read it u go omg omg omg! there were also parts when i said i cant breathe! i would proudly say that it is even better than da vinci code! i love love that book! i stayed up late last night to finish that bk! i din study for maths d test coz i was so engross i jus couldnt tear my eyes off that bk! but i breeze through maths d. if no careless mistakes should be able to get full marks. luckily i din study lor! study or dun study still full marks then study for what?

    i love this para: I nodded, and that was when Carly came through the gate. Everything inside of me shut down. The girl walked out with such poise. Like...like her mother. Carly looked around and when she spotted Nora, her face broke into the most amazing smile. My heart broke. Right then and there, it shattered. The smile. That smile, you see, belonged to my mother. It was Sunny's smile, like an echo from the past, a sign that not all of my mother-nor all of julie-had been extinguish.



    the whole of thurs is "dedicated" to mock exams??! how could they??! they might as well kill me??!

    and today got mock el? sharon goh din tell us untill 1 hr before the paper? during the paper i tried to ask sabrina what was the format. and she caught me! she was like huang xiaoqi! i was like u din tell us? so how was i suppose to revise my format?! stupid sickening idoit! i never seen such a lousy teacher who thinks she is so good! bu yao lian!

    sianz tmr got chem prac frm 8- 12:30. whole morning lor! i will come back smelling like what chlorine and ammonia gas and god knows what!

    i got A1 & Distinction for Chinese Os!! that was expected. everybody says that. even when i went to collect my results sharon goh was like a1 lah! like duh? i got top in standard for chinese?? i dun get a1 who get a1? although deep down in my heart i knew that i would most definitly get a1 i still couldnt help but feel nervous! but when i knew my results i din go phew or yes! coz i felt absolutely nothing. but anyway it was an A1 and a distinction! 1 down! hurray! there was one crazy girl who screamed and shouted i got B3! and of course we went to thank lim hong geok.

    ours was easier compared to what yun wei got for oral today. luckily i din get the question otherwise surely die one! it is: do u think that pple are grateful for their lifestyle and experiences? im like huh??! okay fine. anyway im never going to take another el oral exam for the rest of my life! haha!

    chem lab lesson today was a blur for me. hated it! i feel like playing now but my pile of work is staring at me saying u better do it now or else u sure die for prelims! watever lor! stare la! stupid mountain of hw! careful i dun snip u into pieces!

    i can barely open my eyes. thats how tired i am. and that is one of the side effects of taking brand essence chicken. after the effect wears off u r left even more tired than before. the other side effect is that it always disrupts my menstrual cycle! and i cant stand it!

    oral was okay to say the least. i wun run through the whole list. but i made one big mistake! i said stuff! after the word came out of my mouth i was like oh no! i told myself many many times not to say that word during oral! and i jus reminded myself before it was my turn! but the word jus had to pop out of my mouth!

    cl o level results should be out tmr. die. die. i sure die. even though i got top in standard for chinese last yr i still no confidence. coz my cl marks reached bottom rock this year! lowest i ever got for chinese in my entire life! can u imagine the shock i suffered??!

    tmr. 10 am. sure die...

    I'm fed up.

    we were suppose to go swimming this morning! then my mother wanted to push it back by half an hr so my sis can do some work first. so 11am beacme 1130 then it went on and on. then at 1pm my mum came to ask me if i wanted to go swimming. i was like theres better ways to die than die frm heatstroke! im so angry! i really wanted to swim this morning! im gonna tear my hair out soon! so now my mum is trying to make peace with me but no i have not forgiven her yet! its all my sis fault! is it not? why did she have to waste her time all morning playing with the stupid dog then screw up my plans?!?

    in the evening my cousins are coming over which means we cant swim. so its all gone! i hate u all!! sob...

    urgh! still got loads to complete! it never seems to end!

    today was fun. the national day celebration i mean. we got that meaningful bk that si min thinks is the best present they ever gave for national day. and we took lots of photos! ang si min! if u r still wondering when that candid photo was taken i can tell ya! coz i actually saw pang ying abt to take and i was posing for it! but i look so so candid rite? will get it frm pang ying and upload it to show u all how fanastic this girl here is at posing for photos! even the photo that angeline ng took when i was doing the art project on the snakes and ladder, i was posing too! i jus somehow look so natural yes? :)

    my dad is going to open another fixed deposit bank account with interest of 2.1%. and he agreed to my proposal of putting my money in there with him! so me can enjoy the 2.1% too!! yay! otherwise i need 50 000 to open a fixed deposit account! my dad says that he cannot apply for a gold card for me coz im underage. then i asked him how abt a plastic card then? then he ask me to go get the door card frm my mum! thanks ah!

    Why din someone out there tell me that by the time i become a specialist in the US i would be 32 yrs old?!??! it is 4 years undergrad 4 yrs grad and 4 yrs specialist! darn! no way am i gonna study for the next 16 years of my life! 16 years! u might as well kill me now!

    anyway after trashing everything out with my parents i decided that a doctor job isnt that suited to me. i cant handle dead bodies. even at the sight of my own blood i feel like puking! so how am i gonna cope as a doc? and the irregular sleeping hrs that i have to endure??

    so i will be staying for my As! arent u all glad? u wun miss me anymore!!

    im thinking of going into research or finance. my parents tell me that they earn more than a doc! wow! so i can continue spending their money!! haha! my dad says im a very very expensive daughter. and hes worrying how my future husband is going to afford me! lalala...

    now we got a cat in our hse! wats my dad and sis doing mimicking a cat??!? crazy!

    future's change. everything's change. my life has changed in the past few minutes. but i still hate singapore's inflexible edu. that has not change!

    I got so much hw to complete!! sigh. i was looking forward to the long weekend only to realise today that it will be an intensive mugging weekend! so many prelim papers to complete! and its for EVERY SINGLE SUBJ!! i think im gonna faint!

    Yes i am a natural born lawyer coz i manage to convince my parents to let me go to a community college! believe that?! my dad told me that i have to decide by sun after talking to his professor then straight away apply! he even talked about me getting a visa! hurray!! see i have the potential to be a great lawyer! even my stubborn parents who have such a prejudice against community colleges have been convinced by me! my mum and mr mokhtar both said "are u sure u dun wanna take up law" before. and my ans is still the same. no. coz i hate politics!

    guess how i convinced my parents? they always counter argue my points before i can even finish. so yesterday instead of quarrelling with them again i emailed them! all the good stuff abt CCs! and yes they were convinced by that!

    and today i saved yu xiu. it wasnt a life and death situation but ya something like that. she got locked in the classroom. dun ask me how. and i went all over the sch looking for her class chairman. then when she was released she hugged me and said i saved her life! aint that sweet??

    phy and a maths were disastrous as expected. si min will prob kill me if she reads what i said. i always say my phy and a maths sucks. then she will always say ur definition of sucks ah is ....

    but to me for maths, sciences, cl and humanities, anything below 80 is considered as fail. anything below 75 i outta shoot myself.

    so frm now i will be busy with my US applications. i should be happy rite? yes. i should.

    at first i thought the weighing machine at sicc was spoilt. then when the same reading came up on the sch's weighing machine i convinced myself that it was spoilt too. but yesterday my dad had to buy back a new weighing machine! and the same reading came up! it can't be all that coincidental rite? but i never hit that weight range before! not even 2 kilos less than that reading! thats it! ive been a couch potato long enough! i want my pre-new year/post exam weight back! i shall start next wk perhaps? let me enjoy my last no-exercise wk!

    today is also one of my most unlucky day! i forgot to bring my wallet and locker key! but everything turned out well. so i din get killed. but still it was very inconvenient and i had to copy the love of english cedar paper frm rui lin otherwise sharon goh will murder me!

    tmr will be worse...2 tests on my most dreaded subjs...phy and a maths!

    thats all for today. the usual boring days of my life. really, other than that whole stack of certs and scholarship money, wat else have i achieved in the past 16 years of my life? nothing! hopefully if i get to go to the states next year, my life will change. and definitely for the better!
