hmm...ok lets start from the time i entered LT5. it was so scary! everyone was like shouting. then coz the skirt was so long we had to lift it when we climbed the stairs. not to mention all if not most of us had blisters all over already by then! i heard someone shout my name. jack, was it u? im not suppose to turn my head so ya. after we tiao ying the conductor came in and started the first song.
we stone there so weird right? so paiseh! at first we were still composed one lor! then after the first song, everyone was like shouting and cheering which kinda disturbed us. so by the time we started playing, i was hyperventilating and my legs were trembling already! it was so so scary la!
but at least i covered the 2nd page without any mistakes in gong fa. so phew! then we moved on to the 3rd page. on wed the conductor already warned the tangbo not to play so fast coz they are the ones setting the pace. if they go too fast then the er hu ppl will die. but they forgot la! went so fast! by the time we got to the end i was almost dead already! wah my fingerings all wrong la!
and i devised a way to walk down the stairs without accidently stepping on ur long skirt. wells im the heel expert right? so ya the trick is to gently kick the end of ur skirt so when it lifts up, u step down! ta da! im so smart! haha!
ok rewind. the whole day, i couldnt concentrate on my lessons coz i was so nervous. then ms wong let us of late. and yen ping was chasing me to go change when no one has changed. then we had our rehearsal. after my part i went down to help them with the fundraising but couldnt do much as i was in my costume. and then i went to meet janice who passed me my maths test paper. she told me i wasnt suppose to cry so i tried not to. then we went for dinner.
we felt so cheated la! the dinner was so sucky and we paid for it lor! so we ended up drinking bubble tea. it was still before 630. we tot we still had lots of time. but we din think we would take so long to apply make up! so we were pretty late by the time we got back to LT2. along the way i met bernice! yay! my first gp friend.
then we hurriedly went to get the ribbon, tiao ying and tie all the ribbons. AND THEN! WE REALISED WE FORGOT TO PUT BACK THE SCORE STAND AND SCORES ON STAGE! OMG!
evelyn and i were like OH SHIT! we were so freaked out! then yen ping asked yi cheng to put it on stage for us. phew! luckily they found out if not we would have gone on stage without it!
