yest i went to sicc's gym. walked, jogged, sprinted for like 35min and my heart rate went up to 175! gosh! my bro ran more than me under lesser time and his heart rate was less than 130. ok it shows im unfit i know that! -_-
and i put on so many kilos! when i saw my weight i was like oh shit! actually its the healthy weight for my height. but it makes me look so out of shape i rather not stay at healthy weight. ironic huh?
last night i told my mum that my dad wanted to send me overseas and he doesnt want me anymore! hahaha!
thanks to my blurred vision i didnt have to see what i didnt want to see though i still felt it.
