man i hate those timings. hate being sleep deprived.
so yes thats where im going in dec. shanghai again. to visit my sis. while my bro gets to go with my parents to HONG KONG while i have to sit for my marketing paper. argh. if not coz my sis is in china we would be going to australia! its been 6 years since i last went to australia? and australia currency depreciated so much. i want my gummy bears and jelly beans!
new student this afternoon. when his mum opened the door she was like ms huang you are so young! okay you know this is where i really wish i were older. coz parents always think young = inexperienced = cannot teach. but that is so not true.
she said she speaks to him in chinese and her husband speaks to him in mandarin so his languages very good. she proudly showed me his result slip. 59 for english 61 for chinese. i was like erm..haha. then i looked down and saw..maths f9, combined science (phy/chem) f9, bio f9. and its not just nice f9. its 30+ each! gee. so when i told her as long as he works hard and do my homework, As and Bs not difficult to get, her jaws dropped. come on you think you hired me for your son to get Cs? i added the Bs behind coz im not sure he can get As. his learning pace quite slow. and hes not sharp enough.
oh and on my way down, i stepped into this lift which had a pool of blood. i was like okay i didnt see anything. i dont know anything. im not thinking of anything. but should i call the police or something just in case?
anyways went for bio tuition after that. she seems to be improving! =) today she asked me how to study for bio and specifically how to make notes. haha
and its coca cola x 2 today haha.
but im really annoyed with sbs. peak hour means buses should come more frequently yes? but i waited 25 min each for 2 buses. my dad was telling me they say their transport system very good coz they depart on time. like HELLO THAT IS EXPECTED? in japan, they reach each station and each bus stop on time. not just depart on time. geez. it is like when i reach school late and i get a demerit point i say you cant give me a demerit point coz i left home on time. i got here late but yes i left home on time didnt i?
okay im a little cranky. maybe it is coz i woke up at 6:30am. dont ask me why i woke up before sunrise.
