apparently my sec 2 boy's mum has been recommending me to loads of parents. i really appreciate it when she goes around telling others how i helped her son to improve so much in such a short period of time.
then comes my flaw - i have a problem with saying no.
taking new students during my own exam period?
gee i spent the whole of last night completing the o level phy tys.
but how can i say no when a parent tried calling me for days and when i finally pick up she goes ms huang my son got 30 for maths can you please help? i heard from XXX that her son's math improved a lot! my son will be sec 4 next year and im very worried!
call me soft hearted or maybe a tad foolish. but how can i turn down a request like that?
on a side note..it feels great to be in demand haha. and the thing is i discovered that with experience and maturity...you dont really have to read the questions to know what is required. i barely read any of the tys questions before answering. and that explains the speed. but dont worry, accuracy is there too ;)
oh and stats this morning. we major changed all the values in our report. but its still wrong. bleh.
i sure hope he's right.
